I have currently arranged for the purchase of a 1991 SeaPearl 21. I have long yearned to reacquire this fine beach cruiser for my leisure day sailing. Belle is a great cruising boat for longer trips, but the SeaPearl 21 is the right boat for spontaneous adventure and day sailing on a moments notice. With her 10 minutes to sailing readiness, she invites impromtu adventure maximizing sailing pleasure and minimizing launch and retrieval drudgery.
This boat will need some maintenance and upgrading, but she is a solid boat with very little standing in the way of lots of fun sailing time. Watch this page for progress reports as I upgrade her. My plans include a complete paint job, through hull refurbishment, pop-up pram cabin and Tonneau Cover as well as a rear bimini. I think she serve me well for my day sailing and beach cruising needs. So far, I hate to admit, this will make my second SeaPearl 21 mono. I have also own a SeaPearl trimaran, two SeaPearl 28’s and a Rob Roy 23. Boat poor, I tell you!
